Molly Ross - Level 1
I began my interest in yoga very early on, attending yoga with my mum as a teenager in Adelaide. I fell in love with it straight away as a way to connect inward, calm my mind and move my body.
I moved to the Blue Mountains when I was 22 and began classes with Lulu. That was 21 years ago! I completed my Iyengar Yoga teacher training program in 2019 under Lulu Bull. I have studied with the Iyengars in Australia and at their institute in India.
As well as Yoga, I love supporting women through pregnancy, birth and postnatally as a midwife. I have a strong interest in the integration of ayurveda, yoga, philosophy and practice within our every day life. I am currently studying to become an Ayurvedic practitioner.
I love the Iyengar Yoga method of teaching for its clarity of instruction, its capacity for precision and its ongoing opportunity for exploration. It continues to inspire me daily to get on my mat to practice, to study, to experiment, to inquire and then to practice some more.
