Foundation Courses
Foundation (beginners) courses are structured to cater for the beginner student new to yoga, students who have had a break from yoga or those who would like to go at a slower pace.
We recommend repeating Foundation courses 3 - 4 times before talking to your teacher about moving up to Level 1.

TERM 2 2020 

WE ARE RUNNING ONLINE BEGINNERS CLASSES FROM WEDNESDAY APRIL 1.
To participate, download ZOOM CLOUD MEETINGS on your iPad, phone or computer.

You'll need a mat, 2 blocks, a belt & 3 blankets (or towels) and a quiet spot to set up at home.
If you need equipment, you can hire a bundle (all of the above listed equipment) for a $50 refundable cash bond and $25 per month.
